Based on this, experts at home and abroad have explored to cancel the mechanical reducer in the low-speed high-torque transmission system, use the power supply composed of microelectronics and power electronics, and integrate the motor and the mechanical load to form an electronic-electrical-mechanical integration Gearless transmission system.


Experts said that the key problem of this technology is how to eliminate the torque ripple problem of the motor at low frequency after the reduction gear is removed. The research group led by Professor Zhang Bingyi of Shenyang University of Technology found that the sinusoidalization of the potential waveform in the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the key to solving the problem, and on the basis of trial and error, successfully developed a motor that meets the requirements.


It is reported that this achievement has broad development space and market application prospects, and can be extended to CNC machine tools, petrochemical machinery, electrical machinery, metallurgical and mining machinery and other fields that require mechanical reducers to achieve low-speed high-torque transmission. The energy saving and consumption reduction of mechanical equipment, as well as the further transformation and improvement of the design level and performance level of mechanical equipment are of great significance.
